In 2024, she completed a one-month international research fellowship at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. The research conducted during the fellowship focused on identifying the competency profile of top-level managers in the automotive industry in Poland and Slovakia.

  • Member of the Promotion Committee.
  • Member of the Coordinating Team within the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences under the “Regional Initiative of Excellence programme”.
  • Member of the research team implementing the project “Competencies for Industry 4.0”. The project is financed from the state budget and funded by the Polish Ministry of Education and Science under the Science for Society II programme.
  • Member of the research team within the consortium implementing the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process in the Podlaskie Voivodeship within the Smart Specialisation area of the Metal and Machinery Industry, Shipbuilding, and related sectors.
  • Member of the research team conducting studies commissioned by the Voivodeship Labour Office in Bialystok. Participation in three research projects:
      • Teachers of Practical Vocational Education in the Podlaskie Voivodeship – Diagnosis, Challenges and Development Perspectives” (2026);
      • Competencies of Vocational Education Graduates and the Needs of SMEs in the Podlaskie Voivodeship” (2025);
      • Assessment of the Demand for Student Internships in the Podlaskie Voivodeship” (2024).
    • Member of the research network established by the University of Bialystok and Georgia Southern University (USA). The network focuses on psychosocial competencies.
    • Member of the Organising Committee of the International Scientific Conference “Management in Economy 4.0” (three editions).
    • Organizer of the annual “Cluster Day” event (2023–2025) and co-organizer of the 2026 edition.
