The Faculty of Management at the University of Bialystok is a dynamic academic centre located in the centre of Bialystok. We have a well-qualified research Staff. Classes and lectures are delivered by academics, as well as practitioners. The staff employed in Faculty of Managent represent a blend of rich academic and practical experience, as well as extensive experience in collaboration with the socio-economic environment.
We focus on working closely with business. In 2023, we organised an event for students called Cluster Day-Career Space, during which students could, among other things, meet representatives of 11 employers from the region and go on study visits to companies.
Practitioners are invited to the classes to show students the practical possibilities of using the theoretical knowledge gained in the lectures.
