Invitation to the 2nd edition of the International Scientific Conference "Management in Economy 4.0"
The Faculty of Management at the University of Białystok and the SaMASZ Sp. z o.o. company are organising the International Scientific Conference 'Management in Economy 4.0' which will be held on 11-12.07.2024. Experience from the first edition of the Conference clearly indicates the need for a cross-sectoral discourse on changes in business processes and models with the participation of the world of science, business and administration. The ongoing transformation towards Industry 4.0 causes companies to constantly notice new problems related to the management of acquired or manufactured technologies and the increasing need for cooperation with science.
The 2nd edition of the International Scientific Conference is an excellent opportunity to update, deepen and exchange knowledge on management in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.
Once again, we will meet to jointly diagnose promising research areas for the coming years.
The two-day Conference will be held in a stationary format. The form of the Conference will be conducive to the exchange of experience between science and business, as the first day will be held at the premises of the Conference co-organiser - SaMASZ Sp. z o.o. company.
The following thematic sessions are planned in the Conference programme:
- social challenges of Economy 4.0 - human capital, competences of managers and employees,
- innovations, innovativeness of enterprises, open innovation system, technology transfer
- value chain transformation and business models in Economy 4.0,
- network structures - relational competences of enterprises and trans-sectoral relational competences (business, science, administration).
The Conference is addressed to representatives of science and entrepreneurs.
